Constitution is the fundamental law of a country, on which is the whole country runs. It defines the fundamental rule of a country on which the goverment of that country runs. Except the UK (UNITED KINGDOM) alsmost all the democratic countries have their constitution in the written form. India has also their constitution in the written form and thr whole india runs accordin to that written documents called Constitution.
The indian constitution is tottaly written by the Indian peoples and it take 2 years 11 months and 18 days to preapare the indian constitution.
The best things about the indian constitution is that it allows the amendment which means the laws can be easily changed according to the time.
WHY CONSTITUTION IS IMPORTANT!
You can easily undersatnd this by an example, as you all know india is a very big country and it has very large population.
Now suppose that the very famoush peple do any crime and they have very huge fam support then without constitution no one can touch him because he is a very rich person and he has a very huge fan support, and at the same time if a poor man do such type of crime then the surroundings people will kill him, but after constituion if the crime is done by the rich or by the poor all are treated as the same because the constitution is same for all.
And thats the reason the old people says that please don't do any kind of friendship with police because if you will do any kind of crime your friend will not help you because he is bounded to do hia duty and your heart will be broken.
